[NABS-L] Which Braille Display Should I Get

Hi there.

Since the cells on my braille display are fading, I am requesting a new 
braille display, but I'm not sure which one to get. I need one that has 
more than 20 cells, works well with Jaws and NVDA, and has internal 
memory. In regards to internal memory, I specifically need it to read 
BRF files without being connected to anything.

Thoughts?
