There is no one thing you can do to find a job. First, looking is
full-time work. As people have suggested, work through your school,
if they have placement services.
Tell everyone you are looking for a job, and what kind. I mean
everyone. You will most likely find out about jobs through others.
Join our jobs listserv, http://www.nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/jobs-_nfbnet.org
There may be professional publications in your field that list jobs,
subscribe. There may be lists of forums in your field that list jobs
-- join and read. Make contact with professionals in your field, do
informational interviews, volunteer etc. Volunteering is a good way
to work your way into an organization. That is how I got my first job
-- back in 1977. I volunteered for an entity, for several months, and
eventually they offered me part-time, then full-time work. It was as
a news writer, at a commercial all-news radio station, so you can do
these things with commercial, for-profit entities.
Good luck.
