The information was very helpful thank you. So I’d have to contact the company? know that the Humanware Brailliant is listed under the compatible Braille displays. Since I also happen to have one of those, (but I honestly prefer my Braille Trail Reader), what can I do in order to pair the Brailliant?

Thank you,
Adriana Banos-Mendez

> Hello, now I understand what your predicament is better. It appears that the software to your device is proprietary. Here’s what I suggest one since your software is proprietary there’s no guarantee that it will work with JAWS. So you may have to contact Vaspra technical support. Or help on this one. Because I’m not sure that that display is listed in their displays that they support. The same would be true if you use Nvda. The other strong suggestion here is to read the manual that comes with this device. While reading the manual take note of any special instructions that are in the manual regarding Bluetooth pairing, and compatibility with mainstream screen reading software for Microsoft Windows. I hope this helps?
