[NABS-L] Getting Involved and Violin Performance

Hi all, 
  My name is Julia LaGrand and I am a high school sophomore from Michigan. I joined this list about a month ago on the recommendation of a friend/mentor, and am wondering about how I can get more information about NABS and get more involved. Besides a brief exposure several years ago, I haven't done anything NFB or NABS related, and don't know a ton about either. 
  Also, I am wondering if there are any current or former college students on this list who are majoring or have majored in  music performance. I am a serious violinist and I intend to study in college, but I have a lot of questions about how best to do this as a blind individual, and would love to get in contact with someone who has already gone down this road.
