[NABS-L] How to Use VitalSource

I tried to use vital source on my iPad through the mobile application, and
I couldn’t seem to figure out whether you have to buy the book through the
website first for it to appear in your app library or can you get it
straight off the app? I tried to use the search feature on the app, but I
was never able to figure out whether that was only a Library search of the
books that I already have or not.
