I just chose my state because it was easier than anything else, and my
state has a great plan. Best of luck with your search.
To your second question, I don't have a reason to use a debit card with
the account. It's basically a tax-free savings account, so I withdrawal
money whenever I need it, which I usually need to do at most once a month.
