[NABS-L] Transformation to Competitive Employment Act

Hi Mikayla, I have heard from my affiliate that they have changed the bill to the Disability Employment Act of 2019. Unless they have changed this name, I am pretty sure it is the same. Is your speech a persuasive speech? If so, how long does it have to be. I have a speech that I gave, and I have the sources that I used, and I would be willing to help you with this speech.
