[NABS-L] Uploading documents with web application forms

I have ran into this as well. I agree with your father, however, unfortunately 508 isn’t being enforced really that well with the bcc or DOJ under this current administration.
If you would like to complete this yourself without sighted assisted from your father I would  suggest downloading TeamViewer. I would also download the Aira app you could at least use it for 5 minutes for free  however, you can also get a paid option.
