Do you have the job?

If not, then it is up to you.

You can tell them honestly that you hav never used it.

Outside of that, you will have to explain to them that it is unaccessible
and tell them about your disability.

At that point, they may withdraw the opportunity.

But they will ask me about my familiarity with the software, how quickly I
can learn it, etc. What should I say?
