I'm giving you the rules of engagement.
You may have to alter them as you see fit.
Try to get the job if you can before telling them about the disability.
Now, here is something that I do.
If I truly know something is inaccessible, and don't have a work around, for
me personally, that is a job I would skip. However, that is not a universal
answer. Just because I don't know how to do something, does not mean the
next person who is Blind doesn't. I don't have every answer, but I would
exhaust every possibility. Talk to your vocational rehabilitation
counselor. Maybe it could be scripted, or made accessible in some way. if
this is school related, talk to your office for student disability.

But they will ask me about my familiarity with the software, how quickly I
can learn it, etc. What should I say?
