[NABS-L] Listening to text with JAWS and verbally reproducing it simultaneously: 3 specific questions

Hey Rahul,

I definitely echo Chris. It's helpful for me if I split up what I'm trying
to read (sometimes after copy-pasting to a word doc) and splitting things
up phrase by phrase or sentence by sentence. I also find that being more
familiar with the content absolutely pays because I already have a good
idea of what it is I'm trying to say aloud, and JAWS just helps me fill in
the key words in the correct order (i.e. it becomes much easier to predict
what the next few words will be to expand the memory buffer). Aside from
deliberate/strategic practice (e.g. experimenting with different ways of
splitting, changing pacing/inflection to accommodate a potentially more
laid back read aloud, etc.), I think it will get easier over time.

Kindly,
Gene
