Join us this Thursday June 10 at noon Pacific as we celebrate the 119th anniversary of LightHouse. LightHouse Day will also feature San Francisco Mayor London Breed and a focus on the themes of advocacy and social justice, along with the power and importance of LightHouse volunteers and their work providing resources and support for blind community members during the pandemic.

The highlight of the hour will be when our CEO, Bryan Bashin interviews blind author Dr. M. Leona Godin whose new book There Plant Eyes, A Personal and Cultural History of Blindness explores the fascinating history of blindness.
