I work at a call center. We use something called MAX which is through incontact.com. It's fully accessible in Chrome with both JAWS and voiceover but works better with JAWS.

Subject: [NABS-L] Accessible Call Center software?

This may not be considered the appropriate venue, but I'm unaware of a
list specifically for networking over general job accessibility
trials. And with its flexible scheduling and opportunities for remote
work--amplified by the pandemic--they seem ideal jobs for us
struggling students.

So: any of you had call center in-person or remote work? If so, how
did you deal with researching accessibility of software? Were you
up-front with the interviewers re disability so you could question
what software was utilized?

There doesn't seem to be a good database for accessible alternatives.
I initially had high hopes for APH’s Career Connect, but that’s more
modeling an ideal system in terms of accommodations. There are a
couple of companies touting their progress with screen readers--TNC
and Vocal come immediately to mind--but unless the company themselves
are forthcoming, I'm hitting major brick walls; highly frustrating
since this's currently a booming industry.
Warmly,
Nick
