Hey NABS Fam!!

> The National Federation of the Blind of Michigan is excited to bring you our state convention virtually through zoom this year from November 11-14. Over the past month, however, the competition has been fierce as our sports and recreation campaign has four teams looking for pledges to create opportunities for our members to remain active and healthy. Remember, by supporting one of the four teams in the competition, you are both supporting our new Sports and Recreation Division and becoming eligible for one of many different prizes. Here is a recap of how the teams are performing:

> Good news friends, it isn't too late to support a team. Click the link below to read about how you can get involved by pledging a donation. A pledge is $5 each, you can pledge as many times as you'd like, and to whichever teams you'd like. Finally, our fundraiser has officially surpassed the $500 threshold, meaning that we can now award a prize of gourmet chocolate dipped strawberries to the donor that helped get past that amount. Competition is still fierce and the battle is on to find out who will win the coveted smart television grand prize. Our affiliate has received three additional prizes donated for certain benchmarks in participation for the fundraiser, meaning members and guests are able to win a prize just for entering your name in the game. As a reminder, here are the current prize giveaways:
>
>
>
> 1. Visio 55-inch Television (Awarded to the Donor with the highest pledge donation)
