So to answer your question with Google drive there like you just have to tab until you hear the upload button do you know the new button whatever it’s called the thing is I use NVDA and this is how I’ve done it and then I hit enter on it and then I hit upload file and then it I search and then it brings you to your file explore find where your project is tab until you hear open it enter on that and then your file uploads. One thing also worth noting is that this is accessible google products are and there is a standalone program for Google Drive you can install on your computer but it will read as a fat 32 Drive when you use  nvda resource monitor.
