[NABS-L] Time Sensitive: Knowledge of College Transportation Laws

Hello, 

I am in need of someone who knows of transportation laws as they apply to universities. Does the ADA have any laws about transportation services for the blind at a Title II School? I am filing a complaint and would need advice by Sunday night. I would appreciate any resources for transportation law that anyone can find.
