[NABS-L] Best way to navigate ohio

Hi all,

I hope everyone is well and is having a good midterm season.
I am writing  to ask for you’alls suggestions.
I am planning to see a friend in november. They live in a little town in
Ohio, I would be   Using Amtrak and would be coming in to Columbus, but
where I need you’all’s  help is, suggesting more accessible ways than
reaching out to friends to take me from Columbus to the little town of
belpre. I learned from my friend and just google maps search that uber
and/or lift do not travel there.
