Hi all, I am taking a math course this semester that requires the use of the Pearson MyLab program to complete online homework. After attempting the orientation assignment, I discovered what might be accessibility issues. I am unable to access the math tools pallett, where you can select fraction and exponent symbols to place in your answers. The instructions say the tools are only available from the answer box. However, once I enter the box, I can't find a way to navigate to the tools at the bottom of the screen. The tab and arrow keys only move me back and forth within the answer box. Also, one of my orientation questions asked me to click into a drop down menu and choose the correct option. By pressing the arrow keys, I was able to hear the available options. But pressing enter on one of them simply tossed me to the heading with the question title. There was no way to get into the drop down or navigate through it. I am using the latest version of JAWS, on a laptop running Windows 11 with Chrome. Have any of you used MyLab before? Is there a way around these access issues? If not, how did you complete your assignments? Thank you, Merlyn
