[NABS-L] NFB Scholarships

 I am not on that committee, but I think what you’re requesting is possible if you are selected. You would have to attend university in the states starting this fall. You would have to be able to go to Houston for the national convention. If both of these are true, then definitely apply but you have only less than a week now. Maybe I will meet you in Houston and best of luck with studies.
