[NABS-L] Changes In Outlook Mail

Hi All,
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced changes in Outlook and if they
can't find the button to attach files. I'm not sure why outlook was
changed, but the attachment button is somewhere on the top of the screen,
which I've been trying to get to. Usually, the attachment button is right
below the Discard button, but I have no idea where it is.
Can someone who has used outlook let me know how to find it?
