[NABS-L] Changes In Outlook Mail

In outlook, please try to locate the attachment button inside the Insert
button

Are you missing the entire toolbar or just the button? If just the button,
right click the toolbar and select Customize. Find the attach button in the
dialog box that opens and drag and drop it back on the toolbar. If the
entire toolbar is missing go to View on the Menu Bar and select Toolbar
