[NABS-L] BrailleSense cursor buttons not working: update

Hi All,
Just a quick update on my BrailleSense 6 cursor routing buttons. HIMS gave me some troubleshooting steps which unfortunately did not work. I will have to send it in again. Apparently when they tested it everything was working fine, but they are unsure if something might have happened in transit.
And thank you to Shane for trying to trouble-shoot.
