Hello, I would strongly recommend that you physically go to the disability services office because they would be willing to assist you better. If not, I would definitely have one of your classmates help you if possible. Luckily, I haven’t ran into any of this happening to me this semester, but I would recommend, you go to the disability office or have a classmate help you  another option is talking to the professor about getting the documents in a word document. That’s what I did and everything is accessible.
