[NABS-L] Some advice

I have experienced the same thing. Sometimes I feel like I’m not enough for what I want to do, and that’s how everyone else sees me. But, the only thing that I have advice on, is that, don’t compare yourself to others, and go with your own journey, and, use everything that you learn everything that you think is wrong as a learning opportunity. But, don’t feel like you have to measure up to everyone else, because everyone’s experience is their own. Sometimes, making small goals for yourself that are achievable will help you feel like you are accomplishing what you need to do.
Trust your instincts on what feels right. Don’t be so hard on yourself if things don’t work out.
Not every blind person is perfect, neither every sided person. So, instead of feeling like you have to measure up to a sided person, just go with your own experiences, and embrace your own experience, and be open to learning.
Hope this helps. You don’t owe anyone anything and you have the right to achieve as much as you want.Sent from my iPhone

I know this is such a normal thing and it’s easier said than done and would love some insight on what I can do to stop self sabotaging, and if anyone has self sabotaged in the past and stopped it. How do you overcome it.
