[NABS-L] Question Regarding NLS E Reader

Hello Everyone,

I hope all of you are doing well. I am wondering, for any of you who use the
NLS E Reader; I am having trouble deleting files from my device. These files
are ones that I transferred from a flash drive to the device. Whenever I go
to delete it, it says that it cannot delete a read only file. Has anyone
come across this? If so, how did you fix this? I appreciate all answers and
feedback.
