[nagdu] Nfb centers and guide dogs

Dear Hope,

I absolutely agree. I don't want to start a debate either, but I have the
same issue about leaving my guide, Betty-Jo home that much. I would also
love to see a more personalized approach to the centers. I, for example,
would love to have an intensive course in excell, power point, internet and
other computer tools to level the playing field a bit more. Many of the
survey tools, social sites, and search engines I have been shown only using
mouse commands. I am not of the current generation who seem to find much of
this second nature, and I have been required to take a course at the grad
level utilizing these and other computer stuff. It would make the remainder
of my education, as well as daily life, much more efficient. Furthermore, I
simply can't find 9 months to set aside for the full "package" at the
centers. It would be great to hav it available in a seminar format.

Sincerely,
Diane, and Betty-jo
