[nagdu] Pet tags on the beach

Sherri,
    I believe we are talking about the same thing here. The vet gives you a 
certificate verifying that your dog has been vaccinated. You present this 
certificate to the county to obtain the tag. Some vets, as I have mentioned, 
also distribute the tags or license.
