[nagdu] Pet tags on the beach

Marion, In Orange County, the rabies tag and license tag are two different 
items. The vet can distribute rabies tags. You then have to send the 
certificate away to the licensing department to get a license tag. I believe 
these tags are free for all service dogs, but there is a charge for pets. I 
am not sure, because I never send my rabies certificate in. I figure proof 
that Bailey is healthy is enough.
