[nagdu] Re-chipping

The chip TSE is now offering is the kind I would need if I ever wanted to
take her to Europe. I don't know how likely this is to happen, but it will
only cost me $10 if I have it done at the reunion. I believe TSE started
offering this chip in the summer of 2008, several months after I got Yani.
I'm just doing it at the reunion to avoid the hastle, should she ever need
this new chip.
