    To follow up on what Merry has written, this has nothing to do with the 
specific school's policy; it has everything to do with property rights under 
the law. The school had nothing to do with it, as they transferred ownership 
to Dave upon graduation. as I stated in my most recent message, they have 
since changed their policy regarding ownership. Under their new policy, this 
would not have been a legitimate transaction! HTH!
