Hi Bob,

You might check out the survey of schools done by Guide Dog Users, Inc., a few years ago. You can find a link to the survey at http://www.gdui.org. While I'd interpret the results with a grain of salt, it's certainly a good starting point. I learned a few things about various schools by checking out that survey.
