I agree with you.  I should have been more specific.  I was only talking 
about the mobility aspect of the training centers.  They say white cane 
training is the mobility training you will recieve, and if one chooses to 
become involved in one of these programs, he or she should understand that 
his or her dog is not a cane.  I do feel that dogs should be permitted in 
all other aspects of training, though.
