[nagdu] What would you have done? An odd access issue

Haben,
    No matter what he "thought", it is up to him to know the laws that 
govern the conduct of his business. If the local health department were to 
have inspected his business and found violations, could he say he didn't 
know? Remember the adage, "Ignorance of the law is no defense!"
