[nagdu] What would you have done? An odd access issue

Hm...  He didn't put it that way, but it could be the case.  If it was so,
he was wrong about the regulations when it comes to a guide/service dog.  So
long as we keep our dogs' grooming up to snuff (and it'a pretty high snuff,
too!), we can't be denied access.  If we take our dogs in all smelly and
dirty, that's a whole 'nother story, and they can kick us out on the street
where we belong for not keep our dog groomed!  /grin/

I wonder if the owner of the cafe was concerned about health 
regulations. Maybe he thought he'd be violating a food safety law by 
allowing a dog to get close to his cooking area?
