[nagdu] What would you have done? An odd access issue

I live in Kansas Marion. Yes I do have a booklet that the school gave us a 
graduation and I keep it marked to the laws of Kansas. They said  it was 
supposedly a private owned business so there are limitations on the amount 
you could sue for  and if it was a chain restraunt it had a higher cap. This 
didn't make allot of sense but it was up to me to file suit and it would be 
at my expense. DOJ said when they contacted me by letter that since it went 
into mediation once they considered it a closed case and if I wanted to 
pursue it would be at my expense. I have a friend that was a district judge 
at the time and he looked into it also and that is how the Kansas statute 
reads no local enforcement just federal. So at one of our meetings we let 
everyone know that they were not welcomed at this place so many boycotted it 
we also considered taking a bus load of us there and see if they would turn 
us all out. Still might do it and I still might contact local media.
