forgot to mention? you can routineley? clean the ears with this ? 1?time? a week ?every 1 -2 weeks

My dogs ears smell but she hasn't been scratching more frequently. Do you
think she has an ear infection? I don't want to jump to conclusions and
spend alot of money at the vet if I don't have to. Also how aften are you
