[nagdu] Moving to avoid returning a dog? RE: PETA opposes the use of guide dogs

If your school retains ownership of the dog through contract, then
moving would not get rid of the obligation.  Perhaps having an A S P C A
issue with your dog would be avoided if the handler moved out of the
jurisdiction, but the PETA statement does not make a lot of sense.
