Don't you get it, you're a Democat and the officer is a Repupican! 
All kidding aside, I am sending you a link to California's Concil On
Disabilities.

VA has one, and they should be able to help you by providing you
advocacy. 
I've used VA's and what they do is have a lawyer write to whoever
commited the violation. 
It's free, and you will probably get an appology. 
If things do go to court or mediation, they can work with you, though in
the two guide dog discrimination instances I used them for, all it took
was a letter telling the offender they had misbehaved. 
I'd deffinately let them know what happened to you. 
The officer does sound like he needs some education and sensitivity
treatment.

Hi all,
I read the story of Doctor Bolotin.  He was a great man and he literally
worked himself to death - something he wouldn't have had to do if there
was an NFB back then to help him!
