Linda,
Thank you for posting this, you reminded me that I do want to read this
book.
Why do you say that he had to work himself to death and wouldn't have
had to had their been an NFB? He did his thing before anybody had
anything in terms of pentions or state help.
Other than his blindness, how is this a unique story?
If you want, we can talk off list.
I'm reading this mostly because I like biographies, and I think medicine
is interesting along with history.
Would like to know your thoughts though this is probably a topic best
done off list.

Hi all,
I read the story of Doctor Bolotin. He was a great man and he literally
worked himself to death - something he wouldn't have had to do if there
was an NFB back then to help him!
