[nagdu] a bizaare question

Here in Kansas we say that there is nothing to stop the cold north Canadian 
wind but a barbed wire fence. It can get terribly cold here and then in the 
summer very hot. I think it is a matter of discretion for each guide dog 
user weather to work the dog in these conditions. I have a 75lb black lab 
and he gets more upset with me if he has to stay at home and has never 
balked about the weather. He just loves to work and do his job.
