[nagdu] Airline Baggage Question

Sarah,

The dog food and other supplies would be considered like medical or adaptive 
equipment.  There shouldn't be a charge for the bag that contains those 
things, just like there isn't a charge for your guide dog.  I believe the 
applicable law is the Air Carrier Access Act.
