I have a fried that was a district judge and he said that I did the right 
thing and they were still liable and could be   sued and held accountable 
for their actions. I know of two state troopers that had previously stopped 
a young man and cited him . The young man worked at a fast food restraint 
and one day they came through and he saw  them with the help of one of his 
buddies they loaded the sandwiches with drugs in retaliation for the 
citations he had received. In school we were instructed not to force our way 
in due to this being a possibility. You can't trust anyone anymore.
