[nagdu] Flint River Ranch again

I'm looking at probiotics and I'm seriously overwhelmed.  It seems to be the 
new trendy supplement to take.  Not that that's bad, but it does make for a 
lot of choices, some of which are obviously crap.

Got any specific brands that you'd recommend?
