KL,
Every state is required to have services for blind/visually impaired
residents. Those services vary from state to state. I would think that O&M
training would be available in all states though. I'd give your state
agency a call and see what they have to offer in the way of O&M.
Are you thinking of getting a guide dog? I am a bit confused by your
question concerning the various programs being the only place to get a
trained guide dog. Can you elaborate on what you mean?
