Hello all,

Thanks for everyone's suggestions regarding my situation with Frontier Airlines.
The airline does have a consumer affairs division, and I will be contacting them tomorrow.
Some asked why I told the airline about my dog. I rarely mention that I have a dog, but I don't fly Frontier regularly, and I have a very early morning flight.
At any rate, I may have unearthed a situation that requires education and advocacy regarding airline personnel and policies toward passengers with service dogs.
I will know better how to handle the situation once I've spoken to the consumer affairs division.
I hope in some ways that I was simply dealing with an ignorant reservationist as that can be remedied pretty easily, but if it is indeed Frontier's policy to question us about our dogs, then it must be changed.

Also, I am a reporter, and I have to keep my ties to the media completely out of this matter.
It is against our newspaper's policies for journalists to resolve our complaints by stating that we are with the media. 

Anyway, I will let you know how this turns out.
