[nagdu] traveling at convention with a cane versus a dog

Hi, Margo, I agree, I think those types of things are what make the
convention a success with a guide dog so I did the same for good old Irish,
too. He did a great job and it sure made my life easier than in the old days
with a cane.

It was great getting to visit with you and now I have a person to associate
with the messages.

charlene, I do leave early and arrive early at convention functions and
sessions.  My  dog guides have been awesome at conventions.  I also allow
quiet time for my dog and play time and we go to the relief area more often
just to check to see if any relieving needs to happen.  I try to stick to
his schedule as much as I can or as closely as I can.  with a lot of thought
and planning, conventions can be a successful and fun time.

Arrow and I surely had loads of fun last week and in spite of the occasional
frustration we had finding someothing or someone, we felt very joyful.
