[nagdu] Hands Fre Leash?

Meghan,

RuffWear also makes a hands free leash with a slide adjutment that has
worked really well for us, since I can snap it snugly around my waist, which
doesn't work with the leashes with fixed adjustment slots. /smile/ It even
has a padded, no-slip grip to hold in your hand, as well as a traffic leash
loop that stays nice and flat when you're not using it but is easy to grab
when you need to have a nice, short handle for greater control.

Think was a life -- or at least sanity -- saver during Mitzi's rambunctious
puppyhood. It allowed me to take her out and walk her while still being
able to use my cane and have a spare hand to use. Warning: The occasional
squirrel chase can be hard on the body when it comes to an abrupt end at the
other end of the leash. /smile/

It doesn't work well in conjunction with the harness, at least for me,
because it is an inch wide and too long even when I'm wearing it on my waist
to just let dangle. For that, Julie's adjustable leash is perfect, since
that's what it was designed for. /smile/ I have used it hands free over my
shoulder, but decided that it wasn't a good option for me because I'm paying
a lot of money and doing a lot of physical therapy to stabilize that area
and shouldn't have a hyper young poodle anchored to it. /smile/

Come to think of it, my hyper young poodle is begiing to act strangely like
a sensible adult, so I can start considering that option again. I'm still
nervous it's just a passing phase, but this time it seems to be sticking.
/smile/

Subject: [nagdu] Hands Fre Leash?

I am interested in getting a hands free leash. I was just wondering if
anyone knows where I might be able to get one?
