[nagdu] Missing guide dog found struck by car

The several thousands figure could come from lost wages while in training 
with a new dog.   I think self employed people would have it especially hard 
in this department.

BTW Noah's Assistance Dogs in Crete NE does charge a substantial sum for 
their dogs.  Last I knew it was around $1500.
