[nagdu] PUBLIC ACCESS ISUES

Linda,

I had not thought of that solution! Did Morris Frank really do stuff like
that? Too cool! If you can't handle a situation with dignity, all steam
ahead on the undignity!

Now every time someone tries to keep my dog outside their precious business,
I'm going to imagine doing just that! /grin/

Hey Kathy,
You can go to that restaurant and tie you dog to the door and then proceed
to walk quickly through the restaurant running into tables and creating
quite the rukus with upturned tables and chairs!!! I think the manager will

then get the hint!!!! Hahahahahahaha!!!!!!! This sounds like a Morris Frank

trick when he was young and rowdy!

Really, do you have the book of access laws that the guide dog schools give
us or a copy of the ADA. The manager CANNOT ask about your disability but
they CAN ask you what your dog is trained to do, and if it is a service dog.

If they are still a problem, well your green money will spend very nicely at

another place-after you go to the press or bring a group of guide dog users
there! We used this tactic very sucessfully in the days before the ADA.
Having worked in the food business, I KNOW how much places of business HATES

negative publicity!

Cheers,

Linda and Landon
