[nagdu] reissue

[Margo and Arrow]

Arrow is reissued.  His previous owner was very young and wanted a dog who 
was much faster than Arrow.  Arrow was with this previous person for about a 
year.  Arrow is truly awesome.  I keep telling Seeing eye staff they can't 
possibly match me better the next time but they always do.
